Zenoss announced the launch of the Zenoss Learning Center, a new online education and enablement platform that gives customers ready access to a comprehensive library of courses and training programs that will enable the rapid adoption of intelligent service assurance technology.

"The problems Zenoss solves can be extremely complex," said Brian Wilson, Chief Customer Officer for Zenoss, "and we take very seriously our responsibility to help our customers gain the knowledge and skills they need to be successful. The launch of the new Zenoss Learning Center will give customers access to knowledge from some of the world's foremost experts in cloud and data center management and will enable them to turn complex problems into successful projects."

With defined learning paths for administrators, operators, developers and partners, the Zenoss Learning Center delivers curricula tailored to meet the needs of specific user roles. Students have access to personalized learning dashboards, where they can manage their learning plans, view and register for classes, and earn and share learning certificates. In conjunction with the launch, Zenoss announced new pricing for its training offerings and a new credit-earning system for purchasing classes.

All training courses are delivered by a live instructor, with both online and on-site class options available in multiple time zones. Each course curriculum features hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios to build and reinforce practitioner and developer skills. The courses are led by industry thought leaders with deep knowledge of intelligent service assurance software as well as the complex enterprise cloud and data center environments where it is deployed.
