Dynatrace Joins Demandware LINK

Dynatrace has become a Demandware LINK Technology Partner, joining a best-of-breed community committed to accelerating the value of the Demandware Commerce platform.

Through the LINK Technology Partner Program, Dynatrace has developed a pre-built integration between Dynatrace User Experience Management as a Service (UEMaaS) and Demandware Commerce, making it possible for Demandware clients to measure their customer’s experience and to rapidly optimize the performance of their commerce platform to maximize conversion and satisfaction.

Dynatrace UEMaaS provides Demandware customers with deep insight into every single user interaction, in every location, 24x7. By sharing data through role-based dashboards, developers, testers, architects and digital business owners can make fully informed decisions on improving customer experience to maximize sales revenue and conversion rates. Deployment is also lightning fast; customers simply follow the instructions from the LINK marketplace and install to their Demandware application.

Competitive advantage in retail today comes from innovation, market expansion and exceeding customer expectations. With Dynatrace UEMaaS, Demandware retailers are now able to profile their customers’ experiences in granular detail on every device, operating system and location.
