SolarWinds and its online community, thwack, invite IT professionals to attend the first-ever thwackCamp to learn about various IT management challenges and trends and to gain in-depth, SolarWinds product knowledge on Thursday, October 18.
SolarWinds' product team will collectively present 15 30-minute sessions on topics voted on by thwack users including question-and-answer portions for attendees. The free virtual conference kicks off at 9:00AM CT with a keynote address by the VP of Product Management, Denny LeCompte, and finishes at 5:00PM CT.
"thwackCamp could rival any number of huge global conferences, but it requires zero travel and zero cost," said LeCompte. "We can give our customers in-depth insight into our products' capabilities and we can interact with them in real time -- but no one has to leave the comfort of their desk."
From the realities of the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) trend to mobile device management (MDM) to a preview of the upcoming version release of SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NPM), the company's flagship network monitoring software solution, thwackCamp attendees can pick and choose from a variety of informational content that piques their interest.
