HPE acquired OpsRamp in May 2023 to expand its hybrid cloud capabilities and integrate IT operations management (ITOM) into its GreenLake platform. The combined offering, now called HPE OpsRamp, provides full-stack observability, intelligent automation, and AIOps to help businesses manage complex hybrid cloud environments.
