Opsview, the leading unified services monitoring vendor, announced Opsview 4.5, the latest release of it’s IT infrastructure monitoring software.
Opsview’s Business Service Monitoring (BSM) gives organizations a true view of business operations, enabling management teams to see the overall health of their services, as well as the components on which the service relies. This makes it easy for IT administrators to determine resiliency by specifying how many components need to fail before the overall service is considered to be impacted. This reduces unwanted alerts and improves System Administrators’ ability to deal with problems that can impact business efficiency.

Opsview 4.5 also includes an updated reports module, which delivers a much improved reporting experience with a new interface and more options for customization. Also included is the ability to schedule auto-discovery and full-screen Opsview monitoring dashboards.
