Kaseya, a provider of automated IT systems management software for managed service providers, announces the new Kaseya Network Monitor (KNM) 4.1 module, which can systematically detect and proactively remediate network IT issues through the integrated Kaseya Framework.

The new integrated and automated KNM 4.1 module enables managed service providers (MSP) to deliver superior service level management and ensure maximum uptime and user productivity.

With monitoring capabilities from the company’s recent Intellipool acquisition, KNM 4.1 delivers comprehensive monitoring for networking devices from leading providers such Cisco, Juniper, HP and others as well as operating systems including Windows, Linux, Mac, and Unix.

Additionally, KNM offers SNMP, WMI, and the extensible Lua scripting for unsurpassed monitoring as well as the option to use specialty monitors such as HP’s embedded server management.

As a special promotion this quarter, Kaseya will be offering KNM 4.1 for free to its network of thousands MSP customers around the world with current maintenance contracts. To help these customers enhance service level support, Kaseya is providing its Network Monitor license at no additional charge to monitor the equivalent number of objects covered by the MSP’s Kaseya license.
